Our general services are designed for people who want something done properly the first time. We work with households in Nyali, Bamburi, and the Mombasa CBD, as well as small enterprises that need reliable support without the overhead of hiring a full-time team. Tasks range from sourcing and delivery coordination to liaison work and on-site assistance. Every job starts with a brief conversation to confirm scope, agree on a timeline, and set a clear price. We do not begin work until you have that confirmation in writing. Our team is small by design — it keeps accountability high and allows us to maintain the standards the community expects from us.
How a general service engagement works

2. Written scope and price
Before any work begins, you receive a clear, written summary of the service scope and the agreed price. There is no verbal-only commitment on our side — everything is confirmed in a format you can refer back to.
3. Execution and updates
Our team carries out the work and keeps you informed at agreed checkpoints. If an unexpected issue arises — such as a supplier delay or a change in access — you are told immediately, with options, not excuses.
4. Completion and sign-off
We do not consider a job done until you confirm it is done. A brief sign-off exchange gives you the chance to flag anything before we close the file. Follow-up queries within 14 days are handled at no additional charge.
What Mintwswift does not handle

We focus on what we do well and refer you elsewhere for what falls outside our scope. Mintwswift does not provide construction, civil engineering, or large-scale logistics. We do not operate outside the Mombasa county area, and we do not offer services that require licensed professional certifications we do not hold. If your request sits outside these boundaries, we will tell you in the first conversation and, where we can, point you to a suitable alternative.
