Our product offer is deliberately narrow: we would rather do a small range well than spread thin across a hundred categories. Every product order goes through a brief quality check at our end before it leaves. We do not forward supplier stock without inspection. If something does not meet the standard, we source an alternative rather than deliver below expectation.
Where quality and price are equivalent, we choose the Mombasa or coastal Kenya supplier. This keeps money circulating in the community and shortens delivery lead times. We note the source for every order so you know where your product came from.
You receive a product price, a delivery fee, and a confirmed delivery window before you commit. There are no post-delivery invoices for handling or packaging. The figure quoted is the figure you pay — in KSh, no surprises.

We do not carry perishable food products, pharmaceuticals, or items requiring import licences we do not hold. We do not offer same-hour delivery — our standard window is next business day within Mombasa, with same-day possible for requests confirmed before 10:00. Bulk orders above a threshold we set per product category may require a lead time of two to three business days. We will state this at enquiry, not after payment.
